Instructions
The twenty-four slots are listed further down this page, in week order. Find one still marked open, choose Claim this slot, and give your group’s name together with the full name and student ID of every member. The slot is yours the moment the form is accepted — it leaves the list for everyone else at the same instant — and you are taken to a confirmation page you can print and keep. Nothing is held for you before that, and there is nothing to confirm afterwards.
Only the Group Leader should submit, and only once. You will need the full name and student ID of every member, so collect them before you begin. A student may belong to one group only; if a student ID already appears in another registration, the claim is refused and the clash is named.
All members present on the chosen date, even where the session is not their own tutorial. To change slots afterwards, both Group Leaders must send a joint email to Mr. Suraj Sakal at least three business days before the earlier of the two presentation dates. The swap request form drafts that email.
